We keep your number, message history, consent choice and its source/time, provider delivery status, and customer type to respond to you, coordinate service, and send the messages you requested. Twilio and carriers process calls, texts and voicemail for delivery. Optional voicemail is recorded only after the caller is told and hears the tone; ordinary forwarded calls are not recorded by this app.
Mobile information, text-message opt-in information and consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers receive only the information needed to operate the messaging and calling service. Access is restricted to authorized business staff.
Contact us for access, correction, deletion, or questions about business-record retention. Deleting a private app pass does not cancel a visit. Use STOP to end texts.
